Updated Thursday, 6/8: Three performances of Public Enemy: Flint at Broome Empowerment Village Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The play is Purni Morell’s adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s 1882 work An Enemy of the People, about contamination of public water facilities. This production is a collaboration with UM-Flint Department of Theatre & Dance and Detroit Public Theatre, Goodman Theatre of Chicago, Berkeley Rep of California, Fieldwork of London and others.
